As an Accounting Ops Analyst (Bengaluru), you will have the opportunity to be a critical player in the growing accounting organization at Redis. You have knowledge of accounting and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of accurate, efficient and customer-focused payroll and T&E processes. You pay great attention to detail, deliver timely results, and work effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.
What you’ll do:
- Process inputs into payroll data
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and other analysis as required
- Ensure timely timesheet completion and data submission for non-exempt employees
- Review T&E submissions for compliance and documentation
- Respond to inquiries from the business, including cus
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
What will you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and Google workspace
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
