As an Accounting Ops Analyst (Bengaluru), you will have the opportunity to be a critical player in the growing accounting organization at Redis. You have knowledge of accounting and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of accurate, efficient and customer-focused payroll and T&E processes. You pay great attention to detail, deliver timely results, and work effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.

What you’ll do:

Process inputs into payroll data
Prepare payroll reconciliations and other analysis as required
Ensure timely timesheet completion and data submission for non-exempt employees
Review T&E submissions for compliance and documentation
Respond to inquiries from the business, including cus
Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

What will you need to have?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
Proficiency in accounting software and Google workspace
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
