  • Improve and maintain the Redis Cloud infrastructure, enhancing the product’s ability to reliably handle many thousands of customer databases.
  • Work closely with team members, Product, DevOps, Support, Customer Success, and other R&D teams.

What you’ll need:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of hands-on backend development experience working on a large-scale, production-grade system
  • Experienced with a mainstream backend language such as TypeScript, Python, C#, Java
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and coding skills, with a good understanding of large-scale architecture and design patterns
  • Self-direction, passion, eagerness, and ability to learn new things
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • Be independent and resourceful, while also being a collaborative team-player

Extra Great:

  • Experience with management of a production fleet at scale, specifically automation of day-two operations
  • Experience with React, CSS, HTML
