Writes a log message to the Redis log file. If you do not specify a `LogLevel`, it will default to `NOTICE`.

## Parameters

| msg | string | The message to write to the log |
| level | LogLevel | The log level (DEBUG, NOTICE, VERBOSE, WARNING) |
