As a member of the Cloud Product Management team, you’ll be an integral part of one of the fastest-growing Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) products in the world. Team up with top professionals who, like you, drive the next-generation DBaaS platform. You’ll own our customers’ user journeys as well as identify and execute product changes to drive broader product usage. Our ideal candidate is one with a deep understanding of building a self-service funnel from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization. This role is the intersection and glue between Product Management, UX, Product Analytics, and Growth Marketing. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Identify opportunities for growth around the entire user journey and work with hypotheses and experiments to understand our users better

  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and ecosystem, different personas, become an expert in why users choose (or leave) Redis 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Analysts, Product Design, and UX to drive product lead growth (PLG) initiatives

  • Define and document detailed product requirements in collaboration with R&D, Product Designers, and fellow PMs

  • Analyze on a regular basis Growth KPIs – analyze patterns of adoption, expansions, shrink, offboarding and how we can improve those

 

What will you need to have? 

  • 7+ years Product Management experience, with at least 3 years experience as a Growth Product Manager for a developer-oriented SaaS product

  • Capable of articulating, verbally and in writing, business initiatives concepts as well as detailed technical requirements for marketing and engineering teams

  • Proven track record of building and tweaking programs to drive signup, activation, nurturing and monetization

  • Proven expertise in analytics, defining and measuring KPIs

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

  • Excellent English, verbal and written

 

Extra great if you have: 

  • Experience with the NoSQL Market (specifically Redis)

  • Previous experience with managing a self-service IaaS product

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $150,000 – $230,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
