Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with experience in medium to large-scale web applications, from server-side to client-side. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to our team’s success.

What you will do:

Research new technologies and integrate them into Redis platforms.
Collaborate with a scrum team on the development of RedisInsight.
Integrate RedisInsight into our existing Managed Cloud offering.
Develop new user-facing features and improve the overall user experience.
Participate in the recruitment and development of other engineers.
Work closely with product managers and designers globally to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Research and integrate new technologies into Redis platforms.

What will you need to have?

Passion for building, growing, leading, and achieving
Strong coding skills and 6+ years of experience as an engineer working on both frontend and backend development
Proficiency with our tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java
Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proven track record in leading the design and implementation of complex and scalable software
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, positive, can-do and selfless attitude
Strong team player and leader/mentor of less senior colleagues, prioritizing the team goals over individual goals
Accountability, resilience, determination, ownership, and a keen appetite for making a positive difference

Extra great if you have:

Experience with cloud and SaaS products
Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Technical lead experience
Experience working with customers and product managers
