What You’ll Do

  • Be a business partner to our Commercial Sales and Sales Development team, supporting them in their daily operations, providing valuable insights, and improving their internal processes
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting and planning activities to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of the CRM system (i.e., Salesforce) by ensuring accurate data entry, regular updates, and proper utilization by sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and product consumption.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams to align revenue goals, strategies, and initiatives across the organization.
  • Document and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and revenue-related processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

What will you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (Tableau).
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $99,429 – $164,578 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
