Redis continues to grow and scale internationally! We are currently seeking a global Total Rewards Manager to join our Total Rewards & HR Operations team. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations, this will be a key member of the core HR team focusing on building best-in-class compensation and benefits programs globally.

The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible primarily for compensation plan design and programs such as compensation cycles, promotions, bonus planning, benchmarking, and total rewards administration. In addition, the Manager will develop, deliver, and administer our benefits plans in the US, as well as partner with other HR team members to support rest-of-world offerings. This is a visible role that will engage cross-functionally with our Finance and HR teams. In addition, this position will support and respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, and interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of all total rewards programs.

 What you’ll do: 

  • Partner with HR Business Partners on all compensation cycles (i.e. merit increases, equity awards bonuses, promotions, etc.) – – all the way from budget inception to delivery to employees. 
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of various compensation programs.
  • Conduct market data activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, survey data submission and recruitment trends.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and HRBPs on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etc.
  • Partner with the rest of Total Rewards & HR Ops, HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance teams to educate and identify opportunities for process and program improvement in base pay, incentives, equity and benefits.
  • Manage annual Open Enrollment for US benefits.
  • Manage the Leave of Absence program in the US and partner with ADP on administration.
  • Manage the 401(k) plan and conduct annual audits.
  • Co-administer benefit programs outside the US, including medical, life, disability, accident, retirement, wellness, leave of absence, and paid time off.
  • Ensure comp and benefits programs are compliant in local jurisdictions.

What will you need to have? 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experience in the analysis, design, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
  • Experience supporting global companies
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google sheets, and HRIS systems
  • Experience with compensation and benefits management tools and related systems

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $105,000 – $185,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
