We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner UK EMEA to join our dynamic team. As a trusted partner, you will coach managers, help improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention to inform business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with our HRBP’s and Operations teams to address strategic HR challenges and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include addressing employee needs and concerns, collaborating with team leaders to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and resolve employee relations issues. You will support and drive HR initiatives, including fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
This is an In-office/ hybrid role based in London, UK.
What you’ll do:
- Business Partnership: Drive HR initiatives by partnering with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Partner with the Director, Global GTM Human Resources Business Partner on Strategic programs.
- Talent Management: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and functional business leaders to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing needs and concerns. Participate in informal/formal employee relations processes, including investigations, documentation, and hearings. In depth knowledge of UK, EMEA employment laws.
- Employee Experience: Implement programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity. Provide support to managers and employees to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
- Performance & Development: Deliver people strategy initiatives related to performance management in talent development and succession planning.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems Generate HR reports and provide data insights to support business decisions.
- Compliance & Policy: Consultation processes and develop communication materials for any proposed changes. Ensure compliance with HR policies, address concerns about compensation, benefits, and workplace conditions.
What will you need to have?
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) and 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferred Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). Experience working in a high speed, dynamic startup environment with both structured and unstructured deliverables. This is a hybrid office position 2-3days per week.
- Knowledge: Prior experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Generalist or HRBP role. Experience with talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.
- Skills: The ability to build relationships, translating HR strategies into actionable outcomes. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS systems, performance management platforms, and data analytics tools.
