Reporting into the Global GTM Enablement organization, this person will act as a critical business partner at the intersection of our Account Executive organization and our Enablement organization. This role will serve as an experienced and trusted, strategic advisor to Sales Leadership to develop the enablement strategy aligned with the GTM priorities.
They will design, deliver, and track enablement programs to accelerate ramp and productivity development across the sales process activities, products, industry/segment knowledge, and role-based competencies. They will create and facilitate enablement trainings and spearhead end-to-end enablement workflows
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end sales enablement programs for the GTM Sales Organization
- Track and analyze key metrics across the GTM organization to measure the effectiveness of the sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments based on performance results
- Build credibility and trust with Sales leadership by demonstrating a deep understanding of the organizational needs and delivering a strategy on how to meet those needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the GTM ecosystem to cohesively build one GTM strategy. Ensuring that the enablement plan will align with the strategies of other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in the latest enablement trends through programs, tools, and technologies.
What will you need to have?
4+ years combined experience in SaaS, software technology companies either as an Enterprise Account Executive and/or in a Sales Enablement role
- 3+ years of designing, creating, and delivering sales enablement programs for all roles within the sales organization.
- Strong executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills at a senior level for EMEA & APAC regions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with GTM ecosystem teams to deliver a unified GTM strategy
- Analytical skill set to drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
- Proven record of demonstrating successful GTM adoption of Sales Process execution and customer lifecycle management for EMEA & APAC regions
