Who we are

We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why would you love this job?

Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of real-time data and AI, and help shape the positioning and go-to-market for key components of Redis Cloud and Redis Software, including Redis Data Integration and Redis Flex. As a PMM at Redis, you’ll help define and tell the platform story behind a $300M ARR business built on one of the world’s most widely used and loved databases. You’ll shape how the technology is understood, adopted, and bought at global scale.

This is a highly technical product marketing role, ideal for someone with a background in software engineering, solution architecture, or B2B SaaS product marketing who wants to stay close to the technology while expanding their scope and influence on business strategy. It’s a strong path for a technical professional who enjoys systems-level thinking, clear storytelling, and driving outcomes beyond the code.

You’ll work closely with experienced product marketers, product managers, and engineers, gaining hands-on experience across messaging, launches, and go-to-market execution. You’ll join a collaborative, technically curious team that takes its work seriously, supports one another, enjoys building together, and has a bit of fun along the way.

What you’ll do

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for Redis’s core commercial offerings, playing a meaningful role in our next phase of growth from $300M to $1B ARR.
  • Technical messaging and positioning: Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for the Redis Platform, grounded in a deep understanding of the underlying technology. Clearly articulate the value, architecture, and differentiators of Redis Cloud and Redis Software to technical audiences (developers, architects, platform teams) while translating those capabilities into business value for decision-makers.
  • Content development: Create high-impact content that drives adoption of Redis Cloud and Software, including ebooks, solution briefs, reference architectures, blog posts, case studies, webinars, customer stories, demos, and sales-facing assets.
  • Go-to-market strategy: Help define and execute GTM strategies for Redis Cloud and Redis Software, including product launches, feature rollouts, and solution packaging. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Demand Generation to bring complex technical capabilities to market with clarity and precision around customer value, use cases, and differentiation.
  • Sales enablement: Build technical sales enablement materials, training, and competitive positioning that enable sales teams to confidently sell The Redis Platform. Equip field teams with the technical depth and narratives needed to engage engineers, architects, and platform leaders.
  • Customer insights and market research: Engage directly with customers and the field to understand real-world architectures, use cases, and adoption patterns. Conduct market and competitive research to refine platform positioning, identify gaps, and uncover new growth opportunities for Redis.

What will you need to have?

  • Technical background: A strong foundation in computer science or a closely related field, with experience working in highly technical roles such as software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical product roles. We welcome candidates looking to transition from engineering or technical roles into product marketing.
  • Builder mindset: Comfort taking ownership, working from first principles, and building structure where none exists. Ability to move between deep technical detail and value narrative.
  • Storytelling skills: Ability to translate complex, low-level technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories that highlight customer value, architectural advantages, and business impact.
  • Customer focus: Strong curiosity about how customers build and operate real systems. Ability to understand technical pain points, buying motivations, and success criteria across different personas.
  • Collaboration: Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, and influencing without authority in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in technical or product marketing: Driving positioning, launches, and go-to-market motions for technically complex products, with demonstrated impact on adoption, pipeline, or revenue.
  • Developer-facing experience: Experience engaging directly with developers through blogs, talks, documentation, workshops, or community forums.
  • Technical storytelling: Experience building or supporting technical demos, proofs of concept, or reference implementations to bring product value to life.
  • Enterprise customer exposure: Experience working with large-scale, production systems or enterprise customers operating at high scale and complexity.
