Why would you love this job?

As a Field Partner Solutions Architect, you will work with Redis partner organizations on Redis powered solutions. You will play a crucial role in accelerating adoption of Redis Enterprise (Redis Software, Azure Managed Redis, Redis Cloud on AWS/GCP) through partners by demonstrating technical value and influencing business decision makers. It would involve showcasing Redis AI capabilities and embedding them into customer solutions.

You will be the go to person regarding partner technical capabilities and alignment to drive opportunities towards feasible technical solutions. You will work with partners on end customer solutions and ensure best of the capabilities of Redis being utilised. As a technology expert you will work with customer facing teams of the partner organization and drive solution discussion.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with field sales teams to provide incremental value through partner engagement. Act as a liaison between the field sales team and Redis partners.
• Develop and grow a partner aligned pipeline for regional businesses of Redis. Work on architecture and product capabilities to remove any technical blockers.
• Lead technical initiative and engage with partner organizations at different levels including sales, presales, marketing and other cross-functional teams.
• Be a technical advisor on partner proposed solution and RFPs related to Redis.
• Build relationships across different BUs and of the partner team and evangelize for Redis solution.

Qualifications

• Any public cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• 5+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI fundamentals (Required)
