Redis continues to grow and scale internationally! We are currently seeking a global Total Rewards Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, this will be a key member of the core HR team focusing on building best-in-class compensation and benefits programs globally.
The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible primarily for the administration of our global benefits plans (with an emphasis on the US) and supporting the delivery of our Total Rewards strategy. In addition, the analyst will support our compensation plan design and initiatives such as compensation cycles, promotions, bonus planning, benchmarking and salary ranges. In addition, this position will support and respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, and interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of all total rewards programs. This is a visible role that will engage cross-functionally with our Finance and HR teams.
What you’ll do:

- Administer employee benefit programs globally, covering health & welfare benefits, including life, disability, accident, retirement, wellness and paid time off.
- Support annual US open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and system updates.
- Assist in managing the Leave of Absence programs in the US and partner with vendors on administration.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Finance teams on reporting, invoicing and data transmission.
- Assist with audits, nondiscrimination testing and benefits-related filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide guidance and education on plan offerings and eligibility.
Compensation:
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams on the annual compensation cycle, from budget inception through delivery to employees.
- Conduct market data activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and survey data submission.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etc.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process and program improvements for the global Total Rewards strategy.
What will you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience in the analysis, design, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
- Experience supporting global companies
- Proficiency with Excel, Google sheets, and HRIS systems
- Experience with compensation and benefits management tools and related systems

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
