Redis Cloud Terms of Service – Updated on May 27, 2022
The Redis Cloud Terms of Service have been updated to clarify certain terms and conditions, including: (1) those that apply to private previews of the cloud services; (2) clarifying the language applicable to consulting services; (3) moving the support services and acceptable use policy language to their own documents; (4) updating certain section numbers and subheadings; (5) clarifying language applicable to certain purchasing methods (such as POs); (6) providing clearer language within the terms themselves regarding feedback and marketing materials; (7) clarifying certain terms regarding inactivity, along with applicable deletion of accounts that are free and inactive; (8) referencing the Redis Technical and Organizational Security Measures; and (9) clarifying and updating certain terms regarding upgrading.
