Builder: Expanded benefits such as full training and certification access, pre-sales support, joint business planning, co-branded marketing, and stackable program discounts.
Hyper: The most advanced tier, offering co-selling opportunities, eligibility for Redis demo environments/NFR, technical support, and deeper incentives.
This structure provides a clear progression path and ensures partners have the resources they need at every stage of their Redis journey.

Redis Partner University is a dedicated learning environment built specifically for our partner ecosystem. It is not a generic training portal. It is a focused enablement engine designed to help partners sell, position, deploy, and scale Redis.
The platform includes partner specific certifications that align directly to real-world partner roles:
- Redis Partner Sales Associate
- Redis Partner Technical Sales Associate
- Redis Deployment Engineer
Built on the core Redis University foundation, it adds partner-specific coursework focused on competitive positioning, marketplace alignment, joint account planning, and scalable deployments.
