
Katie Delor
General Counsel
Katie Delor is General Counsel at Redis, where she leads the company’s global legal, governance, and compliance functions. She is a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board, supporting Redis’ growth, innovation, and expansion as a leading data platform company.
Katie brings more than 15 years of experience advising high-growth technology companies on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial transactions. Prior to assuming the General Counsel role in November 2025, she served as VP, Deputy General Counsel & Data Protection Officer at Redis, building and scaling the company’s global legal organization, leading acquisition strategy, and establishing enterprise-wide compliance and risk management frameworks.
Before joining Redis, Katie was SVP and Deputy General Counsel at Medallia, where she played a key role in the company’s $6.4 billion acquisition by Thoma Bravo and led legal aspects of multiple strategic acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she held senior legal leadership roles at CallidusCloud (acquired by SAP), overseeing corporate governance, privacy, and M&A, as well as prior in-house counsel positions supporting global expansion and technology transactions.
Katie holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.S. from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. She is a member of the California State Bar and holds CIPP/US and CIPP/E privacy certifications.
