Introducing the next chapter of Redis Iris. Six new capabilities across retrieval, memory, routing, and messaging.
Redis Iris capability
Classifying intent to send to the right agent or resource.
Match the meaning behind prompts to the most capable, efficient resource to resolve any request easily and fast.
Intent Router
Go beyond keyword matching to catch what prompts actually mean, even if it’s vague, misspelled, or complicated.

Creates fuzzy if-statements
Match on intent instead of exact phrases or keywords. Decisions can occur in degrees instead of only true or false binaries.
Fast classification
Routing uses vector embeddings and semantic similarity, avoiding an LLM call for the routing decision itself.
Direct intent routing & decisions
Automatically determine which answer, agent, skill, toolset, or human workflow should handle the request with semantic routing.
