Redis Associate Cloud Operator certification

Our current certifications all have roughly 60 questions but this can vary.

Each exam is 90 minutes long. To request a time extension email university@redis.com.

All of our exams are currently in English.

Customer certifications that are proctored are $175 USD. Each exam purchase includes one exam attempt.

Redis certifications do not have training requirements or professional experience requirements but several preparation options are available for each certification including;

• Self-paced courses on Redis University
• Exam study guides and practice exams
• Live Instructor-led training with our professional services team

All exams are delivered online via Kryterion Webassessor platform and are AI-proctored. You can make sure your testing environment meets the technical and environmental requirements by reviewing the Kryterions Online testing guidance.

Register for and purchase your exam through the Kryterion Webassessor platform at Redis.webassessor.com. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to schedule your exam.

You schedule, reschedule, and cancel your exam through the Kryterion platform before you begin your exam session. For more details on our cancellation policy see our Certification program terms and conditions.

Yes. Redis offers extended-time versions of all exams upon request. Once you have scheduled your exam, email your request to university@redis.com. At least 72 hours’ advance notice is required for extended time or any other accommodation so the proper arrangements can be made.

Submit your refund requests to university@redis.com within 7 days of purchase and before you start your exam.

The passing score is 70%.

Each exam purchase includes one attempt. If you do not pass, you can purchase additional exam attempts and retake the exam after a 14-day waiting period.

When you pass, a link to your digital certificate and a digital badge will be emailed to you. You access the credentials through Accredible and can share them from there on professional networks, social media, and other platforms.

Each certification is valid for two (2) years. To recertify, register and take the latest certification exam.
